Our Story

Scientek Records Ltd was founded in 2018 with a single belief: that the most extraordinary music comes from the edges of what's known. We set out to find artists operating outside the mainstream — those whose sound felt like transmissions from somewhere further out in the cosmos.

Starting from a small studio in Shoreditch, East London, we signed our first artist, Nova Stellar, in early 2019. Within a year, their debut EP had reached 500,000 streams and earned a coveted spot on several major editorial playlists. The galaxy was beginning to notice.

Today, Scientek Records represents six world-class artists across six distinct genres, united by a shared commitment to artistic integrity and sonic innovation. We believe music is the only force capable of crossing every boundary the universe throws at us.

Our team of A&R scouts, producers, marketing specialists and label managers work tirelessly to ensure every Scientek release reaches its full potential — from the moment of signing to chart success and beyond.

1. Purchases & Downloads

All purchases on Scientek Records Ltd are final. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link for purchased tracks or albums via email within 24 hours. Files are provided in high-quality MP3 (320kbps) and FLAC formats.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for purchases where the download link was not received or the file was corrupted. Refunds are not available for change of mind. To request a refund, contact billing@scientekrecords.com with your order number.

3. Licensing & Usage

Music purchased from Scientek Records is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, broadcast, or use purchased tracks in commercial projects without a separate licensing agreement. Contact business@scientekrecords.com for licensing enquiries.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Scientek Records Ltd is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All music, artwork, and content on this platform is owned by Scientek Records Ltd and/or the respective artists. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
